If you are interested to try local recipes, after the Gochujang Bulgogi, now it's time to try out the Doenjang Bulgogi, using one of the most famous local paste produced in the region.
I love to eat local Korean food, especially when living in the country-side, it's the way you can experience local and traditional cuisine, made with ingredients locally produced ! Sunchang being famous for its fermented sauce : Doenjang, Gochujang, Ganjang, ect... Doenjang Bulgogi uses Sunchang Doenjang, and is not especially salty, because you will be able to eat it with plenty of vegetable and meat. I love to take picture of the various Banchan on the table: colorful and tasty.
